Methodology

To deliver projects consistently within prescribed time frame and budgets without compromising on quality of deliverables, we at Urconnect India strictly follow project management process, which we call Engagement Methodology. The main tenets of our this methodology are:

  • We make sure that any project doesn't start with a formal purchase order, but it starts from the time we meet the client and freeze the scope of work.
  • It is important for Urconnect India to clearly understand the client's requirements and convey this understanding to the team that contributes to the success of the client's project.
  • Timeline, quality and budget targets are captured as early as possible and communicated to the team members of the client and Urconnect India as effectively as possible

Urconnect India Methodology provides the processes, steps, standards and tools to enhance the chance of being successful in managing projects. We also know that different types of project would require different extend of management - the more complex a project is, the more effort will be required to manage the communication, hence our methodology is designed to be scalable, so that we are better able to manage the balance between the need for managing communications and the amount of time spent on managing it.
